Don’t be fooled by people who
tell you paintball is safe. The way business operates is extremely dangerous
and I do not recommend paintball to anyone until proper child safety and customer
protection laws are enacted. Paintball is an unregulated industry. That means there are no laws to regulate the
industry or protect customers at any of the thousands of commercial businesses operating
in the United States or Canada in any way. Child safety has been abandon in
business and purposely forsaken by all insurance and industry executives and deliberately
omitted from all ASTM standards. Child protection responsibilities are avoided
by field owners through indemnity waivers per insurance and salesmen’s training
instruction. Safety in paintball is only a fabricated myth created by deception
and distortion of facts. Liabilities are
waivered, firepower is unlimited, and other than wearing a tiny-sized facemask
for eyeball protection, no other body protection is required for children in
the shooting arena by trained referees or field owners. The widely advertised
“safety statistics” that claim paintball is nearly injury free was not an
actual scientific study specific to paintball injuries and are factually
false.
Paintball is not a game or
sport but actually a non-regulated industry operating free of any
regulatory laws in every part of every State and Canada. Business owners have no laws to protect
customers from deliberate negligence of safety. As a kid-shooting business, paintball is
almost invisible to the law. Physical
harm to minor children is proxy-waivered to be legal. The endangerment of
children by commercial business is completely legal in every State and Canada by
total absence of any applicable laws.
To learn more on how the
paintball industry executives operate in collaboration to avoid liabilities and
evade responsibilities while selling machineguns to children you must read my
“Unsafe Paintball Business Report”. This report was recently submitted to my
Congressman to brief all Honored Members of Congress on the urgent need for
child safety in paintball by enacting enforceable child safety laws. My report
was also submitted to Her Majesty’s Royal Canadian Government with respects and
I vow every word in print is true. This report is easy to understand and will
quickly enlighten you on the industry’s deceptive sales practices and
deliberate omission of child-safety from ASTM standards by consensus agreement,
and just how dangerous these rapid firing paint-slug machineguns (markers) truly are.
